DEVONSHIRE HOUSE
The project comprises refurbishment and new additions to a grade II listed georgian terrace in Westminster, London. Set over four floors, the original georgian spaces are restored in a simple way, with new contemporary furniture like insertions throughout. These insertions notably include the new roof garden room, a structural glass and floating stainless steel staircase, new kitchen, several bathrooms, a black metal dressing room, and an intimate library complete with open fire and black leather floor. James undertook the project whilst working for Gianni Botsford Architects, images are with kind permission and copyright Gianni Botsford Architects.
