WHITE HOUSE - FEB 2015
The refurbishment of the grade II listed white house close to York is nearing completion. Works include new Yorkshire sliding sash timber windows throughout, new large skylight above rear bathroom flush to external roof slates, external re-rendering with lime and washed to chalk texture, re-roofing with welsh slate, new cast iron guttering and drainage, internal lime replastering, internal soft distemper and external paint finishing. Planning, listed building consent, conservation area consent, and building regulations approavals secured. Final photos to follow.
